Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. Delivery times depend on whether the item is in stock, made to order, or available to order.
In-Stock Items
Items that are in stock are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery is usually completed within 2–3 working days from dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive confirmation and tracking information where available.
Made-to-Order / Available-to-Order Items
Some products may be made to order or prepared specifically once your order is placed. Delivery for these items typically takes 10–18 working days from the date of order.
We will confirm the estimated delivery time with you after ordering and keep you updated where necessary.

Delivery Times
We do our best to meet the estimated delivery times shown on our website or provided at the time of order. In most cases, orders arrive within these timeframes.
Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to production schedules, courier availability, supplier delays, delivery location, order size, or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you promptly to keep you informed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, quantity and delivery location of your order.
The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase, or provided as part of a quotation for larger, bulk or special delivery orders.
For larger or bulk orders, we may be able to offer more suitable delivery rates. Please contact us for a quote.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.
Some products, bulk orders or larger deliveries may require a separate delivery quote before the order is accepted.
If you have a specific or unusual delivery requirement, please contact us before placing your order and we will let you know what we can arrange.
Large or Bulky Items
Some of our products are large, heavy or bulky. Customers are responsible for ensuring that there is suitable access for delivery, including doorway width, stairs, lifts, parking or loading restrictions where relevant.

Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may provide instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your order.
Additional delivery charges may apply if a delivery fails because incorrect information was provided, access was not available, or the customer was unavailable at the agreed delivery time.
If you believe your order has been lost or you are experiencing ongoing delivery issues, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days. This helps us resolve issues quickly but does not affect your statutory rights.
Business Customers
For business, commercial, institutional or trade customers, risk in the goods passes upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
