Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. Delivery times depend on whether the product is held in stock or made to order.

In-Stock Items

Products held in UK stock are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where available.

Made-to-Order Items

Some products are made to order and are prepared after your order is placed. Delivery normally takes approximately 10–18 working days from the order date.

We will confirm the estimated delivery time after your order is placed and keep you updated if there are any significant changes.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of production schedules, courier issues, supplier delays or circumstances outside our control.

We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay.

Shipping Costs

Free standard delivery is currently available on all orders within mainland UK.

For deliveries outside mainland UK or unusually large bulk orders, please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm availability and provide a delivery quotation.

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

For unusual locations or specific delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will normally provide instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting the order.

If you believe your order has been lost or you are experiencing an ongoing delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible. Asking customers to contact you within seven days can help you investigate, but it should not restrict their statutory rights.
