In-Stock Items

Items that are in stock are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery is usually completed within 2–3 working days from dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Made-to-Order / Available-to-Order Items

Some of our products are made to order, which means they are prepared specifically once your order is placed. Delivery for these items typically takes 10–18 working days from the date of order, as they are produced with a focus on quality and durability. We will confirm the estimated delivery time with you after ordering and keep you updated throughout the process. Please note that cancellation rights may differ for made-to-order or customised items. Shipping Costs

For our current range of gymnastics mats, delivery typically falls within the range of £30–£60 depending on location. For larger or bulk orders, we may be able to offer more competitive delivery rates — please contact us for a quote.

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. If you have a specific or unusual delivery requirement, please contact us before placing your order, and we will let you know what we can arrange. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, our courier will provide instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your order. If you believe your order has been lost or you are experiencing ongoing delivery issues, please contact us within 7 days.
