What is the return policy?
Eligible consumer orders can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once you have told us you wish to cancel, the goods should be returned unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Are any purchases final sale?
Some made-to-order,custom,personalised or specially produced items may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated before purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
