We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If anything isn’t right with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible, and we will work to resolve it quickly and fairly in a straightforward and practical way. Please be advised that it takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
This helps us resolve issues quickly, but does not affect your statutory rights. We may ask for photos to help us assess the issue — this is simply to ensure we can
find the best solution for you as quickly as possible.

Once we have reviewed the details, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund. Any refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or confirming eligibility for a refund.

Change of Mind (Consumer Cancellation Rights)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition unless faulty. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Please note that the right to cancel may not apply to goods that are made to order or customised to your specification. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Issues
